5.something.  Whatever I downloaded as the v5 documentation

Additional info:

On page 21 in the first inset box the file is named "applications.xml".  In the second paragraph following it is "application.xml".

I have corrected this bug and published to Docstage the corrected version.

The correction was made in "5.4.2. Deploy EAR with EJB3 JAR".
