What's it for? You mean the ppc64-diag package? It is very closely related to ppc64-utils, but it has separate source tarball - therefore different package. Anyway - same archs and comps group as ppc64-utils. # pwd
/mnt/redhat/rel-eng/RHEL6.3-20120329.0/6
# find -name "ppc64-diag*"
./Server/ppc64/os/Packages/ppc64-diag-2.4.2-7.el6.ppc64.rpm
./Server/ppc64/debug/ppc64-diag-debuginfo-2.4.2-7.el6.ppc64.rpm
./Server/source/SRPMS/ppc64-diag-2.4.2-7.el6.src.rpm
./source/SRPMS/ppc64-diag-2.4.2-7.el6.src.rpm
