Steps:
 1. Go to Administer -> Clouds -> New Component Outline
 2. Upload a component outline xml
 3. Make sure the Edit XML checkbox is ticked
 4. Press Continue
 5. Press Cancel
 
 Expected: to be back at the Clouds list page
 Actual: redirected to the Cloud Details page
