Description Gregory Gulik 2002-12-08 14:55:15 UTC
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130

Description of problem:
In the most common case I experience when I open up to four Mozilla windows the
correct icon is shown in the window list for each. Once I open the fifth window
the window list gets collapsed and a generic icon is replaced. The correct icon
is lost. This happens for other applications such as OpenOffice. The key
appears to be that other applications need to be open as well.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open three Terminal windows or Xterms
2.Start Mozilla
3.Hit CTRL-n four times to open four additional windows.

Actual Results: The window list of Mozilla/OpenOffice/etc. gets collapsed and a
blank generic icon is shown for the list.

Expected Results: What should happen is the Mozilla/OpenOffice/etc. icon should
be shown. Especially in a case like Mozilla, Navigator sessions and Messanger
sessions should be handled separately. This is the way it worked in RH 7.3

This is tracked here: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=77941

closing on Red Hat level (but we'll get the fix when it happens, of course).
Note that I own the gnome.org bug too.
