This can't be changed in a CP as the captcha library unfortunately depends on Sun JVM. On other JVMs, the captcha service needs to be disabled.

This can't be fixed in EPP 4.3. For EPP 5 it's using another library that is made independent of the JVM and works with OpenJDK
