didn't mean to mark this one resolved, not sure how that happened The referenced JBAS-6437 is about removing the jcip-annotations.jar workaround in the moment when JDKs will have the bug fixed. The EPP 5.0.0.GA contains the workaround as it's based on the EAP 5.0.1.GA. The workaround was introduced by JBAS-6428 and is related just to $JBOSS_HOME/server/all/lib. So is the requirement really valid? jcip-annotations.jar into $JBOSS_HOME/server/default/lib ? Yes it is relevant. The thing is that the bug appear in plain EAP only with the HA service (so only 'all' and 'production' were patched. For EPP, the bug also appear in 'default', see GTNPORTAL-636 so we need jcip-annotations also in default/lib Resolved in the packaging script Affects: Added: [Release Notes] |
