EAP uses for the Windows configuration different JAVA_OPTS which causes troubles for the EPP. 

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space

Corresponding AS config files need to be altered according to EPP needs.

Memory settings for windows have been fixed in the EAP 5.0.1.CR2
