The fix will be committed to EPP 4.3 branch. 

The description for the issue:

CMS uses tinyMCE editor to edit the documents. The tinyMCE editor essentially generates a <textarea> on the page. If the document in editing contains the tag "<textarea>" the tinyMCE editor doesn't format correctly. The reason is <textarea> can't be nested into another <textarea>.

In addition, the content can not be saved when clicking the button "create".
