Steps to Reproduce: - open the "classic" portal site
- the default nav. nodes should be Home and SiteMap
- switch the language to "german"
- the displayed name of the SiteMap navigation node should be "Seitenübersicht", but instead it is "Seiten&uuml;bersicht"

Unicode/special characters in the names of navigation nodes are badly escaped.

EXAMPLE: The SiteMap node
- in german language "Seitenübersicht"
- in HTML should be represented by "Seiten&uuml;bersicht" but instead is represented by "Seiten&amp;uuml;bersicht" --- with the "&" character escaped as "&amp;"
