PicketLink IDM 1.1.5.CR02 contains few important bug fixes related to those issues:

This needs to be backported and patched against 1.1.3.GA shipped with EPP

ok. My bad. EPP ships with 1.1.3.GA so I assume that it will require some kind of patch release of PLIDM 1.1.3.GA for bug fixes and 1.1.5.GA can go to 5.1?

The thing is that 1.1.x currently contain only bug fixes. Still I was a bit mindless to sync CR02 from gatein to EPP. I guess it needs to be decided if we need to push all patches that accumulated in 1.1.5 so far and maybe create dedicated PLIDM branch only for EPP bugfixes on top of 1.1.3.GA.

We do "patch" upgrades in components such as picketlink, so we will indeed upgrade from 1.1.3 to 1.1.5 that contains the necessary fixes
