 - sign in as root (or john or anyone who has rights for Users management)
 - go to Users management
 - edit root (signed user)
 - click Save (no need to edit anything) ---> dialog with Unknown error appears, log attached

 - if you edit any properties of user, it is saved properly, but error dialog appears
 - editing other users work properly
 - I also tried with new user (admin) and it is same issue

I verified with EPP5 GA and there I was able to edit signed user at Users management without any problem -> it is regression at EPP5.0.1 CR01.
