Comment 2 Scott Mumford 2010-09-30 03:45:09 UTC
* Should SP Installation be documented;
            1) in it's own document,
            2) in the SP User Guide,
            3) in an SP specific section of the EPP Installation guide
           or
            4) a combination (ie; in both the SP User Guide and the EPP Install Guide)?

* How many installation scenarios are there? Is there an EPP+SP unit that has SP pre-deployed, or is the only method to obtain both EPP and SP (separately) and install EPP then deploy SP into it?

Comment 3 Scott Mumford 2010-10-05 22:43:49 UTC
From EPP SP SKU meeting minutes 06 October:
* Jason: Planning 3 SKUs (portal, portal+SP, SP incremental)

Assuming portal=SP has SP pre-deployed, only need Installation content for SP incremental SKU.

Comment 4 Scott Mumford 2010-10-06 00:56:28 UTC
Doc Note: Is Site Publisher 'separate' enough from EPP to require a new book for installation, or does it fall under the same product, and hence the "collapsed docs" regime (ie, it would go into EPP Installation Guide under 'Site Publisher' section)?
