Steps to Reproduce: Click "Registation" in main portal menu, fill and submit form, confirm message about successful registration, and check captcha - compare with last you entered to verify registration.
project_key: JBEPP

After submit form with registration info an confirmation message appear - noticing that user was successfully created, and when confirm this message window, an empty form appear. Only captcha remain the same as I entered to verify my registration, and remain the same for all next registrations.

Issue still occurs - last verified in EPP-5.1.0.CR1.

Seems that its caused by caching captcha image, because when try register second user - and enter displayed captcha (from previous registration) - validation error appear: Captcha is not valid.

Thomas, I hope it's not too late. I am going to edit the fix version. I saw some captcha related fix before and thought this was taken care of.
