Condition: you must have more than 5 categories created

Scenario:
- go to App.registry
- click Gadgets
- add new remote gadget (any)
- click Add gadget to category
- select some category from first page, select second page, select first page again -> selection is lost

Same behavior is in Portlets tab.

Release Notes Text: Added: Remote Gadgets were not persisting data in category gadgets with more than five categories when the user switched between pages. User data entered in one screen was being lost when the user switched between pages. The fix implements changes to UIForm.js and UIFormCheckBoxInput.java which handles selected values reliably when the user switches between screens.
