the issue can be simulated by running selenium test Test_SNFN_PRL_27_AddApplicationIntoContainerInLayoutOfPortal.testSNFN_PRL_27_AddApplicationIntoContainerInLayoutOfPortal() from suite:

in the test new portal is created through the site navigation, some content is added to it and at the end, the portal is deleted. after it is deleted, the exception pasted below is thrown. This happens only when the test is run with speed=0 (as fast as possible). When the speed is reduced to waiting 2 seconds between actions, no exception is thrown. By rough check, it seems that the issue doesn't effect the functionality of the portal.

Updating the issue, error randomly appeared in log during 5.1.1 GA testing (3 times out of 10).
Please do a code verification (thread-safety, ArrayList is used at this moment).

It's hard to reproduce the issue with tests as well. It appears on random places when working with portal and its layout.
