p1/2 screenshot of EPP are still blue
p144/145 - in HibernateService xml configuration kernel_1_0 should be changed to kernel_1_1. File could be updated from actual idm-configuration.

Thanks Viliam.

I've run the colouring fix over all the images in the book and updated the code snippet with content from the actual idm-config file from EPP 5.1.
Unfortunately the colour problem is still appearing in the stage builds, even though it appears fine in local builds (applied the fix and staged twice to be sure.). 

This will require input from Publican and publishing-chain SMEs. Will have it investigated asap on Monday.
