When you are creating new dashboard with Dashboard Editor -> Add New Page, there is Visible checkbox + Publication dates.

But applying these options do not make sense because when you create a new dashboard and set it not to be visible, then you can't change it anywhere and dashboard won't be accessible.

Actually the current status is that you can set it as non-visible and you can also set publication dates, but it's not applied at all and dashboard is displayed everytime.

I would prefer to remove Visible & Publication Dates options when creating dashboard page because it can be misunderstanding for users.
