Steps to Reproduce: - limit access permission on portal
- access portal
- sign out -> 404
project_key: JBEPP

There used to be a file "portal-unavailble.jsp" in gatein.ear/02portal.war which was displayed when accessing invalid URL of portal or when you try to access portal with limited access.
This file was removed.
Now default 404 page is displayed in browser.
