in edit page, when resizing the page editor window, in chrome it selects the elements on the page, in FF6 sometimes you grab the image instead of resizing the window.

I cannot reproduce any of the above using Chrome and Firefox 23.0.1 on Linux or Firefox 25 on Windows. In all cases, the Page Editor dialog is resizable only in its right-bottom corner, where it also properly shows a resize cursor. 

The only minor problem is that shows nw-resize rather than perhaps more natural se-resize cursor which I have just filed as https://issues.jboss.org/browse/GTNPORTAL-3294
