When trying to add a gadget to a Dashboard page, as soon as the gadget is slightly moved from its place(even within the gadget frame), the gadget gets added to the Dashboard page.
Instead, the gadget should get added only when it is dragged out of the frame and released at a particular point in the page.
To reproduce- 
Go to the Dashboard page. Open the Add Gadgets window. Point to a gadget and slightly drag it from its position(drag within the gadget's frame).Release the gadget. Result: The system adds the gadget to the page.

Release Notes Text: Added: A problem with adding a Gadget to a Dashboard page occurs when the gadget is slightly moved from its place in the Gadget menu. When the Gadget is moved slightly, either outside or inside the gadget frame, the gadget gets added to the Dashboard page. There is currently no workaround to this issue.
