There are a bunch of issues with the current css.
- Elements don't line up properly on the right
- there are breaks in the black bar on the right
- not sure if the horizontal white bar is on purpose or not
- the gray dots on the background are cut in half by the white footer. Looks strange. Should either have the dots line up so they don't get cut in half, or put a border around the footer.

Set Release Notes Not Required because issue covers minor interface changes, which
do not warrant a release note. If RN is required, provide
CCFR *draft* content I can use to formulate a RN for this release. Your best effort is
all I ask regarding the content.

all issues here resolved except the background circles being cut off. Not sure if we really care about this too much or if its a design decision to have them like this...
