This could be a bug with ie9, changing priority to minor as there is a workaround as well. This issue presented on Windows 7, using Internet Explorer 9. To workaround the issue, change the browser mode and document mode to IE8 using the Internet Explorer 9 developer tools. Investigation is underway to determine whether the issue is caused by the browser, or the platform.
