Steps to Reproduce: Open IE9, sign in as _root_ and go to _Group_ > _Administration_ > _Site Export/Import_ .
Workaround Description: Changing browser mode to ie8 and document mode to ie8 through ie9 developer tools fixes the issue. This could be a bug with ie9.

Export/Import Tool is not usable in IE9. IE finds an illegal character and DOMException is thrown. The following error is logged by the browser:

Changing browser mode to ie8 and document mode to ie8 through ie9 developer tools fixes the issue. This could be a bug with ie9, changing priority to minor as there is a workaround as well.

Release Notes Text: Added: The Site Export/Import Gadget throws a DOM Exception: INVALID_CHARACTER_ERR (5), and will not display. This issue presented on Windows 7, using Internet Explorer 9. To workaround the issue, change the browser mode and document mode to IE8 using the Internet Explorer 9 developer tools. Investigation is underway to determine whether the issue is caused by the browser, or the platform.
