Steps to Reproduce: - unzip clean epp
- configure pgsql datasource (use local-tx-datasource for gatein-jcr), copy driver
- start epp
project_key: JBEPP

Portal doesn't start with configured local-tx-datasource, but starts properly when no-tx-datasource is used.
