There is a feature to create dashboard with localized label (display name), but this label can't be edited anywhere.

Only option to edit dashboard node label is to double-click dashboard in Tabbed navigation portlet, but by this change localized label is removed and edited value is used for all languages.

Dashboard must be added through Dashboard Editor -> Add New Page. There is Site and group management portlets where nodes can be edited for portal and group pages, but nothing like that for user pages.

Options:
 - 1) implement some edit navigation for dashboard pages
 - 2) remove option to create localized dashboard page

This is more like feature request, but also a bug because you can do something what you can't edit.
