Steps to Reproduce: * Edit _navigation.xml_ - add a node with a subnode. Set the visibility of the subnode to _SYSTEM_.
* Start the server.
* Sign in as _root_, go to _Site_, click on _Edit Navigation_ of that particular portal.
* Delete the parent node you created. The system subnode is deleted as well.

If a system node is a subnode of a regular node, it can be deleted with its parent in the _Navigation Management_.

Added: System child nodes can be deleted if the parent node is deleted. A system node should not be able to de be deleted, regardless of its position in a navigation tree. This behavior will be fixed in a future release.

Rejecting this as you can no longer copy system nodes to get into this scenario in the first place.
