Description of problem:

Can not change namespace on express console of stage website.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

https://stg.openshift.redhat.com

How reproducible:always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to openshift website and login
2.Go to express console and create a namespace
3.Click the "Edit" button of the namespace and change the namepace.
  
Actual results:

After clicking the save button,the process will stop on the window,and the namespace can not be changed successfully.

Expected results:

The namespace should be changed successfully.

This issue does not exist on devenv_1609, but also exist on devenv-stage_132.

It *may* have been fixed by my fix for 794539. Please test.

Wasn't able to reproduce bug after Fabiano's fix, so I think it works. Let's see if it persists past the next round of testing.
