Description of problem:

Performed a clean install of Katello on a VM.  After doing so, unable to access the CLI.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. using the install wiki (https://fedorahosted.org/katello/wiki/Install), install katello on for F15

2. attempt to access the CLI:
   katello -u admin -p admin shell
  
Actual results:

Try installing PyXML and let me know if that works. If so, this this is a dupe of 794782.

FYI, works fine on EL6:

# katello -u admin -p admin shell
katello> 

# rpm -q katello-cli katello
katello-cli-0.1.55-1.el6.noarch
katello-0.1.240-1.el6.noarch

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
