Description of problem:

"Run program" appears twice in the menu and both entries display the same thing, namely the appfinder

Thanks for the report. 

Are the entries right next to each other? Can you get a screenshot?

Have you done any menu customizing, or is this a new install?

Yes, they're the first two, counting top towards bottom. It's not an install, just the RC2 live CD, no customizations.

Does this persist on the RC4 / final f17 alpha?

xfrun4 is part of xfce-utils and this was supposed to be fixed in 4.8.3-3 by this commit: http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/gitweb/?p=xfce-utils.git;a=commitdiff;h=d1e16e47cf

However I only removed the old xfrun4 but not the desktop file. D'oh!

xfce-utils-4.8.3-6.fc17 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 17.

xfce-utils-4.8.3-6.fc17 has been pushed to the Fedora 17 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
