Description of problem:

As part of our automation effort we'd like to be able to create a test run that is build from different cases from different plans.

test run AAA:

for the initial stages it would be great if this can be exposed from within the xmlrpc interface so once an automated script will run it will be able to create a run with the cases if needs.

it is conflicted with current workflow design. will ask other team to vote if it is needed.
