How exactly did you enable the rpmfusion repositories? Typically if you install the rpmfusion repository rpms the related repos are enabled automatically and you should be able to install software from rpmfusion. Concerning updates on rpmfusion though those are obviously out of our control and you'd need to contact them directly if you required updated/newer version of packages from rpmfusion.
