Description Dave Johnson 2012-02-20 17:07:17 UTC
Description of problem:
================================
Summary says it all, go to cloud resource profiles and try to create one for i386 while configured for a rhevm or vsphere server and 'no matches' are found. No exceptions found in the log files.

I did confirm that I could push a i386 to rhevm and manually launched it through the rhevm console.

vsphere does seem to support it, it lists i386 when checking matches of the default hw profile... see the screenshot

in terms of rhevm, if a recall correctly, wasn't there a 'SERVER' profile x86_64 and a 'DESKTOP' profile of i386 (which is not being listed for whatever reason)

I don't consider this a blocker for beta but this most likely needs to be addressed for the official release.

I was able to create a i386 hardware profile for ec2 and successfully deploy the image to it.

So this bug is limited to vmware and rhevm
