lets change the title of this page to just say Repository Details

Title of the Repository screen has been changed to 'Repository Details'.  Note
that the GPG Key for a repository can be edited if GPG Keys exist within the
Organization within the repository view.

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
