Description of problem:

Users should be prevented to use domain/app names in blacklist when creating domains/apps.

How reproducible:always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Openshift and login
2.Go to app/console/applications page 
3.Try to create a domain/application using names in blacklist.
  
Actual results:

The process is successful,no error message.

Expected results:

Error message should be displayed and the process should not be successful.

App name blacklist should be on the server side - probably 422 status code with message on the :namespace field.

Verify this bug on rhc-site-0.87.9-1.el6_2.noarch,devenv_1648, it is fixed now.
