The kdump.sysconfig.s390x config file is missing in the Fedora package. We need to be on par in the functionality with RHEL-6 which got s390x support recently. If I saw correctly then the code changes are already in upstreams, but the spec file needs update in Fedora.

Please also make sure the changes from f17 branch are present in master branch and N-V-R for Rawhide/F-18 is not lower than F-17 one.
