Description of problem:
If I would paste to somebody url from TCMS it is too long but it can be shorter.

For example there can be just(doesn't work now)
https://tcms.engineering.redhat.com/cases/?product=70&case_status=all

instead of long form where are almost all parameters empty
https://tcms.engineering.redhat.com/cases/?summary=&author=&product=70&plan=&is_automated=&category=&case_status=1&case_status=2&case_status=3&case_status=4&component=&bug_id=&tag__name__in=&a=search
