Description of problem:
The user guide/user documentation (section 2.2.1, task prerequisites) needs to include that port 5672 (tcp) must be open for System Engine to work properly.

We have total content reuse in CloudForms, so fixing this in one place will fix it in the other. Therefore, we only need one bug for this issue :)
