Description Antonio Salles 2012-02-23 23:23:23 UTC
The government of Chile announced schedule changes for winter and summer.
On April 28, clocks will be delayed 60 minutes. Same way on september 1, clocks will move forward in 60 minutes.

Please, we need a patch for tzdata primarily for Red Hat Enterprise 6 and 5.

The package should be ready for testing tomorrow (or before Monday in any case, which is approximately the same thing).

Comment 3 Antonio Sebastián Sallés 2012-02-28 13:55:06 UTC
I need to apply this patch before March 2. The reason is because a customer needs to apply this before the begin of a critical migration.

Please, your action on this.
Thanks a lot.

Please Petr, give me access at least. Thanks.

Antonio, you should have access to bug 796569 under your Red Hat address, it's CC'd there. The bug was recently flipped to VERIFIED, which is to say that the corresponding erratum should be publicly available shortly.

Comment 5 Antonio Salles 2012-03-01 18:58:47 UTC
Yes, now I have access.
Thank you very much for your effort, Petr.

upstream released 2012a and 2012b which contains changes for this and for other countries as well.
