Description of problem:

Always has  error message of "Unable to create applications" on app/console/applications page when creating applications.

How reproducible:always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Openshift website and login
2.Go to app/console/applications page 
3.Try to create an application with valid app name and domain name
  
Actual results:

The app will be created correctly,but always has  error message of "Unable to create applications" on app/console/applications page when creating applications.

Expected results:

The error message of "Unable to create applications" should not be displayed when creating applications successfully.

Verify this bug on devenv_1642, it is fixed now.
