Description of problem:
When trying to build the manpages in fontconfig, that reports:

nsgmls:(invalid location):E: invalid filename ""

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
docbook-utils-0.6.14-29.fc16.noarch

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.extract fontconfig tree from tar or rpm
2.run docbook2man fontconfig-devel.sgml in doc dir
3.
  
Actual results:
an error is reported

Expected results:
no error should be reported.

Additional info:
reverting the change in -sgmlinclude.patch fixes this issue. so it needs to be polished much more.

Sorry, missed that one for a while, fixed in RAWHIDE ( docbook-utils-0.6.14-34.fc19 ), closing.
