Description of problem:
Can't un-mute music at AlsaMixer when launch Sound Preferences,but if not launch sound preference, alsamixer 's un-mute function is ok.

root cause:
sound preference can sense alsamixer mute function, but can not sense alsamixer un-mute function. Version-Release number of selected component 

How reproducible:
  1.Install RHEL 6.2 GA
  2.Connect speaker to Line out.
  3.Install Mplayer.
  4.Launch AlsaMixer->Press F6 ->select HDA Intel PCH ->press enter.
  5.Press F3->select Master ->adjust the volume to 80.
  6.Play any WAV file or CD music.
  7.Launch Sound Preferences.
  8.Press M to mute at Master volume on Alsamixer. The output sound will be muted.
 9.Press M to un-mute at Master volume on Alsamixer.
 10.We can't hear the sound output from speaker.
 11.Check the Mute icon to un-mute at output volume on Sound Preferences.
   We can hear the sound output from speaker.

This request was erroneously removed from consideration in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4, which is currently under development.  This request will be evaluated for inclusion in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4.

We don't really supporting interacting directly with the low-level mixer if PulseAudio is in control of the mixer. Please use the GNOME volume control tool, or use alsamixer to change the PulseAudio mixer instead:

alsamixer -D pulse

alsamixer is a low-level tool that bypassed PulseAudio, hence these interactions.
