Description of problem: Pulse audio sound preferece do not have analog to analog path. But alsamixer have A-A path. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1.Install RHEL 6.2 GA 2.Connect speaker to Line out. 3.Plug microphone into rear MIC jack. 4.Run alsamixer. 5.Press F6 to Select sound card and choose "HDA Intel PCH". 6.Press F3 and un-mute the MIC volume. 7.Launch Sound Preferences. 8.Click Mute check box at output volume on Sound Preferences. 9.Use the microphone to speak something. 10.We can hear the sound output from speaker. 11.The symptom also occurs on Balance and Volume control bar. The sound output can't be controlled by Sound Preferences. Benchmark: 1.This defect doesn't occur while playing a music. 2.This defect doesn't occur when press "M" to mute MIC volume and volume control on Alsamixer. 3.This defect also occurs with front microphone. 4.This defect also occurs with Line-In playback..
