Description of problem:
Installing to HP BL465C, local disk, Installation allows me to select the local disk for boot device and for installation of files, gets to installing bootloader (75%) and then fails with the message "Global name 'disk' is not defined"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert node CDROM
2. Begin installation
3. Choose local disk for boot device
4. Choose local disk for installation of files
5. Choose password
6, watch installation bar get to 75%
7, 'disk' undefined error
  
Actual results:
global name 'disk' undefined

Expected results:
installation successful

Already fixed in git.  Untested builds with this fix are available in jenkins
