Apparently at some point we made some assumptions in SSSD that require openldap to be using Mozilla-NSS for crypto, so we broke compatibility with openldap 2.4.19 (as shipped in 6.0). We should add a versioned dependency on the latest openldap.

Verification steps:
1. During sssd upgrade, without openldap >= 2.4.23-20, I get the following error:
Error: Package: sssd-1.8.0-24.el6.x86_64 (sssd63)
Requires: openldap >= 2.4.23-20
Installed: openldap-2.4.19-15.el6.x86_64
2. With openldap >= 2.4.23-20, the error no longer appears.
Verified with version sssd-1.8.0-24.el6.x86_64
