Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Go to errata or packages within promotions
2.  Search for something with more than 25 items
3.  Scroll down to trigger extended scroll
  
Actual results:
Items that do not match search criteria are included. 


Expected results:
Items that do not match search criteria are not included.

Should work now after this commit for another bug.

QA Verified.  Added docs bug# 800147 as the lucene syntax was kind of tripping me up here.  But otherwise works.
