I suggest the welcome page of EAP 6 contains a link to Bugzilla since it is not exactly easy to find.

I.e. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/page.cgi?id=browse.html&tab=summary&product=JBoss+Enterprise+Application+Platform+6&bug_status=open
for overview and/or https://bugzilla.redhat.com/enter_bug.cgi?product=JBoss%20Enterprise%20Application%20Platform%206 for opening a bug.

The welcome page being what shows up when you visit http://localhost:8080.
