Steps to Reproduce:
1.Find group to delete.
2.Look for a way to delete it.
3.
    

Actual Results:  You still have a group that you can't delete.

Expected Results:  You would expect to be able to delete system groups.

Additional info:

This is using RHN with Enterprise entitlements.  We currently have three or four
people accessing our organization's account.  I don't know if the way
information is organized is dependant on a company versus personal account.  I
have not tried this with a personal account.

Sysadmins cannot delete groups, but org admins can.  simply click on the system
group name in the system group list and press the delete button at the bottom of
the page.
