Description of problem:

When you unzip the jboss-wfk-2.0.0.ER1-demo.zip, the root directory that contains the examples has wrong name. It is named "jboss-wfk-2.0.0.ER1", but the name should be "jboss-wfk-2.0.0.ER1-demo".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download the zip:
https://hudson.qa.jboss.com/hudson/view/WFK/view/WFK-2.0-CI/job/WFK-distribution/155/artifact/distribution/target/jboss-wfk-2.0.0.ER1-demo.zip
2.unzip it.
  
Actual results:

Directory with name "jboss-wfk-2.0.0.ER1" is created.

Expected results:

Directory with name "jboss-wfk-2.0.0.ER1-demo" should be created.

I have changed directory structure to 
jboss-wfk-<version>/examples/sportsclub
jboss-wfk-<version>/examples/spring-demo

Verified structure changed in ER2. Modified scripts accordingly

Verified in WFK 2.0.0.ER3 (a.k.a. 2.0.0.Beta1).
