It looks like you use unetbootin to try to write the live iso -- this is not supported.
Please use liveusb-creator or livecd-iso-to-disk and retry your install.
Also, please use the latest F17 install media (Alpha at this time) which has Anaconda 17.11

I tried again with liveusb-creator-3.11.6 and Fedora-17-Nightly-20120301.15-x86_64-Live-desktop.iso
The result is the same :-/

Also when I close the report wizard, the system reboots.

Please inform me if I can do some more testing.
