Description Paul Alesius 2012-03-02 23:14:22 UTC
Description of problem:
I pressed the "print screen" key to take a screenshot but it failed and the gnome-screenshot confirmation of the screenshot as never displayed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-screenshot-3.3.2-1.fc17.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. type gnome-screenshot in a terminal
2. read the error message in the terminal
3.

Actual results:
Error message from when run in a terminal:
Gtk-DEBUG: Connecting to session manager

** WARNING **: Unable to use GNOME Shell's builtin screenshot interface, resorting to fallback X11. Error: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.InvalidArgs: Typ av meddelande, "(bs)", matchar inte förväntade typen "(bbs)"

I couldn't get it to write the error message in english, despite doing export LC_ALL=en_US and export LANG=en_US, (is this another bug?), but a translation of the error after InvalidArgs reads (from Swedish):
-> Type of message, "(bs)", does not match the expected type "(bbs)"

Expected results:
A screenshot confirmation window from gnome-screenshot.

This should be fixed with the .92 releases of gnome-screenshot and gnome-shell
