Description of problem:
Changing the size of bottom or right panel may result in icons being hidden behind it

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place a few icons on right or bottom edge of your screen
2. Change the size of panel at the edge to something rather huge
  
Actual results:
Icons are hidden behind the panel

Expected results:
The position of icons should reflect changes made to the size of panel (as it does with top or left)

This is related to bug 600260 to fix the issue completely. Need to touch the icon arranging code and be more strict about the area boundaries. Having icons fully visible is the goal, including panels placed on top of the desktop window. 

Need to also check the behaviour of an icon view inside regular Nautilus windows, as this could easily destroy ability for custom icon positioning outside of visible area.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 is in the Production 3 Phase. During the Production 3 Phase, Critical impact Security Advisories (RHSAs) and selected Urgent Priority Bug Fix Advisories (RHBAs) may be released as they become available.
